Storage and offices

We rent out storage surface in stores and halls, offices as well as office-storage combinations. The rented surface can be increased or decreased in the course of the rental contract, allowing the renter to keep the rental cost low and flexible.

Lofts in the ‘Donauplex’

A former operational and storage building with a surface of 13,000m² per level was transformed into a rental building called Donauplex. The individual units (200 to 275 m²) were developed into lofts (individual units with few or no partition walls which were redesigned inside and outside while preserving the original architecture of the building). The majority of the units of this building host companies from the creative sector (design, advertisement, photography, media, software development).
